Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our immune support vitamins and supplements to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.


Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 2 – 3 business days
  • Large Orders (6+ bottles): 4 – 5 business days

Special Handling

Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some of our supplements may require temperature-controlled shipping during extreme weather conditions. During summer months (June-August) or when temperatures exceed 85°F at destination, we may:

  • Automatically upgrade to expedited shipping at no extra cost
  • Include insulated packaging and ice packs when necessary
  • Hold shipments until Monday if shipping would occur over a weekend

Large Orders
Orders containing 6+ bottles may require additional processing time and could ship in multiple packages to ensure product integrity.


Delivery Locations

  • Residential addresses: Standard delivery to your door
  • PO Boxes: Available for standard shipping only
  • Business addresses: Delivery during standard business hours
  • Military APO/FPO addresses: Available via USPS only, 7 – 14 business days


Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • International addresses (including Canada and Mexico)
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands)
  • Military bases overseas (APO/FPO Europe, Pacific)


Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and contents
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@lykapets.com

Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or family members
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes delayed scanning occurs)
  3. Contact us at hello@lykapets.com with your order number
  4. We'll investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days

Address Changes
Address changes are only possible before your order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. Contact us immediately at hello@lykapets.com if you need to update your shipping address.


Weather and Holiday Delays

Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. During peak seasons (holidays) or extreme weather events, please allow additional time for delivery. We'll notify customers of any significant delays.
